Why We Started SENT College
Dear friends,
Over the years, I’ve had countless conversations with sincere believers and leaders who love Jesus—but feel under-formed.
They know the language of church.
They know how to serve.
Some even know how to lead.
But beneath the surface, there’s a hunger for something deeper.
Not more information.
Not another conference.
But formation.
SENT College was birthed out of that burden.
We live in a moment where knowledge is everywhere, but maturity is rare. Where gifting can outpace character. Where people are busy doing things for God, yet unsure how to live from God.
Our conviction is simple:
Christ is not just forming ministers.
He is forming people.
That’s why SENT College exists—to form leaders who are theologically grounded and spiritually alive. Leaders who know the Word, live by the Spirit, and carry the life of Christ into church, workplace, and everyday life.
This is not a content dump.
It’s not an academic treadmill.
And it’s not about credentials for their own sake.
It’s about becoming.

Over the next two weeks, I want to gently walk you through what SENT College is—and just as importantly, what it is not. My prayer is that you would discern whether this is a next step the Lord is inviting you into.
And just to say this upfront:
You don’t need to commit to a whole year.
You can begin with one course.
More on that soon.
Grace and peace,
Glenn Bleakney
