It speaks to two "tables" the Lord's revealed. 1) Table of Communion (family) and 2) Table of Strategy that can bring kingdom into the region.
Also - I see the "rock cut out but not by human hands" as the family of God/ecclesia being carved out as a ppl of God, his family based upon the rock of revelation of Jesus as the Son of God, then smashing the toes of iron and clay and the entire idolatrous statue of man's governance through empires being ground to chaff and blown away, while the rock becomes a mountain (kingdom) to fill the whole earth.
As an aside - do we wonder why the enemy has gone hard after the concept of the "patriarchy!?" He knows!
