In Discipology, Peyton Jones challenges pastors, church leaders, and ministry teams to return to the original model of discipleship that Jesus demonstrated. Rather than relying on programs or events, Jesus formed disciples through three essential elements that created a lasting disciple-making movement:

Through intentional time spent with a small group of followers, consistent teaching rooted in Scripture, and practical tactics for engaging in mission, Jesus established a clear and reproducible pattern for spiritual multiplication.
