From Dry Bones to Army: Why This Generation Is About to Change Everything
We're in a Season Like No Other
For years, the trend was undeniable. Churches closing their doors. Young people walking away from faith faster than we could count them. The statistics painted a brutal picture—church attendance nosediving, Millennials and Gen Z checking "none" on religious surveys like never before.
But something's shifting.
Right now, in this moment, we're witnessing something unprecedented. Young adults and Gen Z are turning to Christ in numbers we haven't seen in decades. Bible sales are through the roof—not just any books, actual Bibles. Churches that had written off entire generations are suddenly seeing 20-somethings walk through their doors asking real questions about real faith.
This isn't a trend. This is a move of God.

And honestly? This gives me hope like nothing I've seen in decades.
But here's what I see happening beneath the surface: there's a hunger growing that can't be satisfied with shallow anymore. This generation has tried everything else—therapy apps, wellness trends, self-help mantras—and they're still empty. Now they're discovering that what they've been searching for has a name: Jesus.
People are tired of performances. They're done with programs. They want authenticity. They want power. They want a faith that actually changes things. And they're finding it in unprecedented numbers.
This isn't a crisis. This is setup for the greatest revival we've ever seen.
Revival Isn't What You Think It Is
Let me tell you what revival isn't. It's not emotional hype. It's not better music or slicker presentations. It's not filling seats or building bigger buildings.
Revival is when God breathes life into what looked dead.
I've been studying revivals for decades, and here's what I've learned: real revival always does three things:
