Prophetic Word 2015

Prophetic Insight: 2015 will be a year of widening contrast in the spirit realm: a year of increasing darkness and increasing glory! The words of the prophet Isaiah in chapter 60 will become such a reality to us as we see darkness covering the earth and deep darkness the people. Men will long for peace, pray for peace, and even attempt to broker peace deals, but to no avail. In the midst of dark days when evil is gaining significant momentum, a cry of desperation will come forth from a people of faith. These are the ones that have heeded the invitation to convocation. They have gathered in response to the Lord’s summoning and are saying, “Yes, Lord I will arise and shine for my light has come.” A greater number of seekers of the glory, not the glamour and glitter of the grandiose will be revealed in 2015, They will walk with a powerful anointing: Peter’s shadow, Miracles, deliverances, will be witnessed where they go. They have come to realize they are the revival they have heard preached about by their elders. I see a company of the younger generation taking the land, evicting the devil, releasing the captives, restoring the blessing.

The Truth About Salvation

“When evening came, many who were demon-possessed were brought to him, and he drove out the spirits with a word and healed all the sick. This was to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet Isaiah: ‘He took up our infirmities and carried our diseases” (Matthew 8:16 – 17).In the narrative above, Jesus is fulfilling the prophetic word of Isaiah in chapter 53:4, “Surely he took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows….”
You will notice that there seems to be a discrepancy between Matthew’s wording and that of Isaiah. Matthew says that Jesus carried our ‘diseases.’ Isaiah states it is ‘sorrows.’ There is no contradiction here. The Hebrew word in Isaiah’s text means, “to feel pain” and can be translated literally or figuratively.The implication is profound: Christ went to the Cross to redeem us from all pain: spiritual, psychological, social, and physical. Sin wounds us spiritually, even unto death, but Jesus’ sacrifice has paid for the redemption of our sins. We may become ill, but Christ has redeemed us from all sickness and disease. If we are brokenhearted, we can be confident that the consolation of the Holy Spirit will be with us healing us of our emotional pain.

Consider the following:

The Greek word for salvation is soteria and the verb ‘save’ is sozo. It can be translated several different ways. For example, it can mean “to save, to deliver, to heal, or to make whole.” Moreover, the application goes beyond the spiritual including also, the social, physical, and even psychological. Moreover, ‘salvation’ can also be translated “deliverance from the harassment of an enemy.”

Biblical Examples of Salvation [Sozo]

  1. Forgiveness of Sin: In Romans 10:13 we see the spiritual application: “Whoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
  2. Deliverance From Demons: “They also who had seen it told them by what means he who had been demon-possessed was healed” (Luke 8:36).
  3. Psychological Wholeness: In James 1:21, “receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.” The word souls speaks of the psyche of man: emotions, mind, and will.
  4. Healing of Sickness and Disease: James 5:15 “The prayer of faith shall save [sozo] the sick.”

The Gospel delivers comprehensive salvation for spirit, soul, and body. Jesus instructed us to pray that we would be delivered from evil (Matthew 6:13). A study of the word ‘evil’ reveals the full scope of our salvation. In the New Testament language ‘evil’ is poneros and is a derivative of the word ponos meaning pain. And that word stems from the root word penes meaning poor. Consider the following: evil-sin, pain-sickness, poor-poverty. On the Cross, Jesus destroyed the power of sin, provided for healing of all kinds of sickness and disease, deliverance from demonic spirits, and made a way for us to walk in supernatural provision to escape poverty!

Don’t settle for anything less than your full allotment!

Year of the Open Door

As I was praying recently, I sensed the Spirit saying that:

We are now entering a season of full recovery and breakthrough for many of God’s servants who have contended and not grown weary in seeking God. They will walk out of a life of limitations and restriction through the open door God has set before them into a place of Kingdom power and provision.

FREE TEACHINGAfter I received the above from the Spirit, I discovered that Rosh Hashanah marks the beginning of the New Year on the Hebrew Calendar. According to tradition, the earth turned 5774 years of age on Wednesday, September 4, 2013.

Ayin = 70

The Hebrew alphabet assigns each letter a numerical value which also has a pictorial meaning.  Dates are picturesque revealing the Divine design for that particular year. Ayin dalet is the number “74″ in Hebrew. Ayin is the number 70 and dalet the numeral 4. Ayin evolves from a picture of an “eye” and as a metaphor speaks of “seeing” and “vision.” Dalet means “open door” and was derived specifically from the picture of a tent door tied back.

Think of Abram who lamented to God, “Lord God, what will You give me, seeing I go childless, and the heir of my house is Eliezer of Damascus?” (Genesis 15:3). The Lord spoke prophetically to His servant informing Abram of His purpose for him. “This one shall not be your heir, but one who will come from your own body shall be your heir” (Genesis 15:4).

The next thing that God did was to summon Abram to leave the confines of his tent and to come outside and view the stars in the skies. “Look now toward heaven, and count the stars if you are able to number them.” And He said to him, “So shall your descendants be” (Genesis 15:5).

Dalet = 4

Another Hebrew word that is derived from dalet is derek which means a “path” or “way to life.” It is first used in Genesis 3:24 when referring to “The path to the tree of life.” The year of Ayin dalet is the year to see the path for your life. Many will come into their destiny as they see clearly the way God has called them to walk in. They will leave the places of confinement and move into their assignment. Transition is necessary in order to move into your path of life.

Another term that comes from the Hebrew daleth is the word for “honey.” Honey is a symbol of abundant provision. The Israelites were called by God to inherit Canaan “the land of milk and honey” – a place of abundant provision and ample resources. It was the land of their “rest.”

What you can expect to experience in this kairos season of God if you are faithful to move out and move in:

  • The fullness of God’s provision and covenant promises in your life – Deuteronomy 8:7-9. The year to leave the place of lack and restriction and experience the abundant provision of the Kingdom of God.
  • Safety from your enemies where we experience peace and freedom. – Deuteronomy 12:10. Expect to see many prayers answered this year and stronghold demolished. This is the year to see captives set free and miracles take place as the power of the Enemy is nullified and broken!
  • A place of habitation, not visitation. In other words, a season to settle. Transitions, that are strategic in nature, will be plentiful in 2014. There will also be battles that must be engaged in and won in order to move forward! However, 2014 will be a time for God’s people to finally enter a place of rest where they put down roots in the natural and in the Spirit.

The door of your tent is no longer a roadblock to your destiny, but an open gateway to your future. You will move out of places of limitation into new territories where you will lack no good thing. Vision is restored! Your eyes will see clearly your purpose and assignment in God’s economy. The power of the Enemy will be broken completely and finally over your life. Promises you have held onto for years will be come to pass.
